Critical Services Engineer
£50,000 + pension + overtime + career progression pathways 

A leading Facilities Management provider is currently seeking an experienced Critical Facilities Engineer (FM) to join a high-profile, technically complex site in Central London (Euston). This is an exceptional opportunity to work within a world-renowned institution that makes a global impact.  In this position, you'll receive excellent training and development prospects within a well respected FM provider.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across critical M&E systems, including HVAC, UPS, generators, and BMS.
Ensure full compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations.
Monitor and respond to alarms and BMS alerts to prevent downtime and maintain operational continuity.
Participate in regular drills, scenario planning, and incident investigations.
Liaise closely with on-site stakeholders to uphold service excellence and critical uptime standards.
Maintain detailed records, permits to work, and ensure documentation is audit-ready. Ideal Candidate Profile:
Recognised electrical engineering qualification (e.g., C&G, NVQ, HNC/HND).
Experience in a critical or highly regulated environment (e.g., data centres, healthcare, research, finance).
Strong knowledge of UPS systems, generators, AHUs, CRAC units, fire alarms, and building management systems.
