The Job You’ll Do.

* Initial Safety Investigations

* Initial Conduct Investigations

* Return To Work Discussions

* Low Level Conduct and Absence Meetings

* Stock Checks

* Labour Movement Decisions

* Absence Logs

* Daily Performance KPI’s

* Daily Operations Meetings

* Shift Handover Meetings

* PPE and Workwear Ordering

* Unsafe Situation Reports, 100% participation of shift

* Hygiene and Housekeeping

* Escalation of out-of-hour issues to Department Managers, Engineering Manager and SHE Manager

* Working a 3 Shift Rota working a days, nights, and backs pattern

About You;

* Recent manufacturing experience, within a modern, well-resourced facility is essential.

* You will be an experienced Shift Manager or a Production Supervisor/Senior Team Leader – looking for progression.

* Experienced and comfortable with absence management, return to works, discipline.

* Able to work a rotating 3 shift system.

* Committed to health & safety

* A positive role model

* Has a can-do positive attitude with a drive to succeed and motivate others

* Possesses excellent communication skills
