Description
Deliver clear, empathetic communication to affected employees through meetings, letters, and briefings.
Provide guidance on redundancy entitlements, notice periods, and next steps.
Work closely with line managers, legal advisors, and employee representatives to ensure fair and transparent outcomes.
Support internal redeployment efforts and alternative role matching.
Maintain accurate records of consultations, decisions, and communications.
Prepare redundancy letters, FAQs, and support materials.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
Previous HR Advisor experience handling redundancies
Immediately available and able to start next week
CIPD level 5 qualified. Job Offer
Hourly rate of £14-£18 per hour, depending on experience.
Temporary position of 3 months
Immediate start
