Job Title: Sales Manager, new and used

Location: Swindon, multi-franchise dealership

Salary: £35,000 (negotiable, depending on experience) Competitive OTE

Hours: 5 day working week – Monday to Saturday, day off in the week

We are recruiting for an experienced automotive sales manager for a multi-franchise dealership in Swindon.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead an already successful sales team, working with two leading automotive brands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the sales team with positive and dynamic leadership, motivating and inspiring them to achieve sales targets whist maintaining the highest level of customer care.

We are looking for a real flair for effective retail sales and marketing, expertise in planning, organising and superb communication skills. The successful candidate should possess a proven and successful track record within the motor trade as a hands-on Sales Manager.
