About You:

You must have previous experience working in a primary classroom.

A Level 2 TA qualification or higher is highly desirable.

You bring energy, patience, and a proactive approach to supporting pupils and teachers.

You're confident working across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing day-to-day support to teachers across different primary year groups

Working with individuals or small groups to help children reach learning goals

Supporting behaviour management and classroom routines

Assisting with lesson resources, activities, and general classroom organisation
