About the Role

As an Early Years Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

Building and nurturing relationships with nurseries, pre-schools, and early years providers.
Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates in rewarding roles.
Managing the full recruitment cycle with professionalism and care.
Meeting targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.

What We're Looking For

Experience in recruitment (education sector preferred but not essential).
Ideally have some early years knowledge
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, driven, and resilient attitude.
Passion for early years education and making a difference.
Organised
Self motivated
