We are recruiting for a Crucial Admin Assistant role. This role will pivotally support the Services Manager for a public sector client in North London. It is designed to assist the Services Manager with all administrative tasks relevant to the Building Cleaning Department, making it an integral part of our team.

Responsibility

To update the building cleaning payroll system and overtime returns and to complete various department reports by inputting data, including weekly operational reports, agency usage, health and safety inspections, and overtime reports.

Qualification – Essential

* GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.

* NVQ Level, BTEC or equivalent experience.

* Advanced –Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM and Social Media

* Proven ability to communicate effectively (both written and orally)

* Ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure and within tight schedules.

* Proficiency in standard Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

* To have extensive clerical/administrative experience compiling and maintaining manual and computerised records and administrative systems.

* Solid experience gathering, collating, and analysing information from various sources.

* Able to demonstrate experience composing original written material, e.g. correspondence and reports.

* Experience using CRM systems for input and retrieval, report compilation, and data presentation.

* Understanding of the principles of customer care, including confidentiality.

* Knowledge diary, management, database maintenance, scanning and copying, and the importance of accurate and timely data collection.

Essential Compliance Requirements

* Enhanced CRB within the last 12 months

* Able to provide references covering the previous two Years.

* Pre-engagement screening is mandatory for this role.
