We are currently seeking for our client an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a major Waste-to-Energy project based in Port Clarence, Middlesbrough. This is an ongoing contract position offering full-time hours 45 per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise electrical teams on site, ensuring work is delivered safely and to a high standard

*

Oversee daily site activities and coordinate labour and resources

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures

*

Monitor progress against programme and report to project management

*

Provide technical guidance and leadership to electrical operatives

*

Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications

Essential Requirements

*

Triple STS (Supervisory CSCS Card) – or proven experience supervising operatives on site

*

Time-served Electrician

*

Strong background in heavy industry environments

*

Experience working on power stations, gas sites, or large industrial projects

*

Proven supervisory experience managing teams on site

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills

*

Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and best practice

Desirable

*

Previous experience on Waste-to-Energy or similar industrial energy projects

*

SSSTS / SMSTS certification (advantageous but not essential)
