Stock Controller role available at our client in Wakefield!

Location: WF4, United Kingdom

Pay rate: £12.85 per hour

Shifts: 8am-4:30pm

Hours: 40 Hours per week

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Stock Controller to join our thriving logistics team in the WF4 area. This is a Temp – Perm opportunity. If you have experience driving Bendi/Flexi Trucks and a strong background in stock control, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, maintain, and update stock records using RF systems
Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies
Investigate stock-related issues and implement solutions promptly
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient stock flow
Prepare reports on inventory status, movement, and stock levels
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
Requirements:

Proven experience in a stock control role within the logistics sector
Proficiency in using RF (Radio Frequency) systems for inventory management
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to adapt to varying shift patterns as required
