Ready to make your next move in groundcare/agricultural engineering? My client, a growing family run company, is on the lookout for a driven and passionate Mobile Groundcare/Agricultural Service Engineer to deliver excellent service across the Shefford area.

The Role

Servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of groundscare and agricultural equipment—including compact tractors, UTVs, ATVs, and grass care machinery
Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs to manufacturer standards
Keeping accurate records and ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards
Supporting customers with machinery installations and demonstrations
Working closely with service and workshop managers to meet deadlines
Travelling to customer sites in the surrounding area for field-based service work (full driving licence required)
What I'm Looking For
 
Qualified to Level 3 in Land-Based Engineering (or equivalent in HGV, Plant, or Construction)
Experienced with groundscare and/or agricultural equipment
A strong communicator, able to work with both customers and colleagues effectively
Willing to undertake ongoing training, including specialist manufacturer training
Reliable under pressure and capable of working to deadlines in variable conditions
Flexible to work overtime during seasonal peaks
