Customer Service Administrator
Location: Tonbridge
Salary: £26,000 - 27,000 per annum + Excellent company benefits including free parking!
Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service?

If so, we are seeking a friendly, proactive, and professional Customer Service Administrator to join our client's busy team, working in a supportive small team managing all enquires and processing orders and returns

Key Responsibilities:

Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and website

Providing accurate information about products and inputting orders

Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally

Maintaining customer records with meticulous attention to detail

Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery regarding orders, freight and delivery

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a customer service and administration

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A positive attitude and problem-solving approach

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
