Fabricator Plater

Location: Glasgow
Salary: £38,662 (Day Shift) + Overtime
Shifts: Day / Back / Night / Weekend

We are recruiting an experienced Fabricator Plater to join a global defence organisation working on a large-scale naval project in Glasgow.

Shifts

Mon-Thurs:

Day: 07:00-16:30

Back: 14:00-23:30

Night: 20:30-06:00

Weekend (Fri-Sun):

07:00-19:30

Overtime Rates

Mon-Thurs: Time & ⅓

Friday: Time & ½ (first 4 hrs), then double time

Saturday: Time & ½

Sunday: Double time

Requirements

Modern Apprenticeship / SVQ Level 3 (Trade Papers required)

Proven fabrication & plating experience

Strong SHE and risk assessment knowledge

Comfortable working in confined spaces and at height

Safety certifications (SHE, Working at Height, etc.)

Background in construction or manufacturing
