Location: Luton Airport
Schedule: 3 days on, 3 days off – 12-hour shifts
Interview Date: Thursday 26th June (onsite)
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be right at the heart of the action. You'll provide helpful and friendly support to passengers and staff in a busy transport hub. Whether it's selling tickets, answering questions, pointing someone in the right direction, or helping keep everyone safe – your role will make a real difference to someone's day.
What you'll do...
Delivering outstanding customer service with a positive and proactive approach
Providing information about services, updates, and disruptions clearly and accurately
Using ticketing and operational systems confidently and responsibly
Supporting and encouraging team members, and helping with training when needed
Following all health and safety procedures to maintain a secure working environment
What you'll need...
Confident English language communication skills
Previous experience in a fast-paced, front-line customer service role
A friendly, can-do attitude and a desire to keep learning and growing
The ability to work well both in a team and independently
Good stamina and overall fitness – this role can involve standing or sitting for extended periods
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
