Milestone Education are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, experience and dedicated SENCo to join our partnered primary school.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and assess pupils with SEND and coordinate support and interventions.

* Work collaboratively with teachers and SLT to ensure inclusive classroom practices.

* Liaise with parents/careers, outside professionals and the Senior Leadership Team.

* Maintain and update EHCPs and Provision maps.

* Promote the wellbeing and progress of all pupils with additional needs.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* QTS

* Relevant SENDCo qualification

* Proven experience supporting children with a wide range of SEND.

* A strong understanding of inclusive education and safeguarding.
