Position: SEMH Teaching Assistant

Pay: £460-£500 per week

Location: Dunstable

As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will support students who may experience challenges such as anxiety, low self-esteem, behavioural difficulties, trauma-related needs, attachment difficulties, and social interaction challenges. You will help them manage emotions, build resilience, develop positive relationships, and stay engaged in learning.

As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and inclusion staff to create a positive and inclusive environment where every student feels safe, supported, and encouraged to achieve their full potential.
