Senior Site Manager - New Build School
•£280 - £300 pd CIS

• Contract - 5 Months +

A Senior Site Manager is required by a principal contractor to successfully deliver a £2m new build school in Putney, South London. This traditional project is due for completion by November 2025 and is currently at piling stage.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

• Management of sub-contractors
• Programming and Progress meetings
• Problem Solving
• Site Inductions
• Organise & chair weekly meetings
• Deal with Purchase order forms
• Quality Control
• Ordering materials
• Liaising with all Clients & Contractors
• Risk assessments and method statements
• Solving technical issues on site
• Enforcing health and safety policies

Skills & Attributes Required

• Successfully delivered a new build school
• Minimum 5 years' experience with a principal contractor
• SMSTS
• CSCS -Black
• 1st Aid
