I'm supporting a major transformation programme that requires a Senior Business Analyst with strong PM/Programme capability. This role focusses on operating model redesign across several business areas, combining hands‑on delivery with high‑quality analysis and documentation.

What you'll be working on:

Designing new Roles & Responsibilities, Service Definitions, Service Models, and SLAs
Facilitating workshops and working closely with senior SMEs
Producing clear, structured current‑state and future‑state documentation
Supporting strategic improvements across onboarding, customer journeys, risk & controls, and operational resilience
Delivering change activity while maintaining continuity of service
What they're looking for:

Senior BA with project delivery and PM-style skills
Strong experience in TOM, Org Design, and structural documentation
Confident workshop facilitator, able to work with senior experts
Excellent documentation skills with a high level of structure and precision
Background in a complex, regulated environment
Understanding of end‑to‑end operational flows is beneficial.
