An exciting opportunity in Compliance and Health & Safety - Olney, Bucks - 45-47K

I am recruiting for a reputable, client located in Olney, Buckinghamshire, who is currently seeking a dedicated professional to join their team in a permanent position. The company is a thriving organisation who is committed to maintaining the highest standards of Quality, Compliance and Health & Safety.

We need someone with a strong personality with a flexible attitude. You will have the freedom to do your role and not be micromanaged.

Day to Day duties are likely to involve:

* Develop, implement, and maintain Health & Safety policies and procedures.

* Conduct regular Risk Assessments and Safety Audits to ensure compliance.

* Provide training and support to staff on Health & Safety practices and regulations.

* Investigate incidents and accidents, documenting findings and recommending improvements.

* Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety within the organisation.

* Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in Health & Safety.

* To maintain ISO 9001 registrations

* Continually develop and maintain the Quality Management System to ensure compliance and conduct internal and external audit processes required to maintain its effectiveness.

* Manage any inspection visits and co-ordinate any corrective action required.

* Be responsible for documentation control of all company documents, including creation of all company documents, policies and procedures.

* Occcasional site visits (around 4 per year) to audit engineers and if required attend site to deal with any incidents

In return, what we need from you:-

* Experience in Compliance,H&S and Quality

* Have working knowledge and ideally be NEBOSH and IOSH accreditated

* Be able to converse at all levels whilst ensuring staff are aware of the company requirements

* Have a flexible attitude and willing to go that extra mile with internal staff & external customers

* Have a professional approach and become an intergeral part of the business
