Role Responsibilities:
As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Leading the Manufacturing QA/QC lab team to ensure timely delivery of routine testing, technical investigations, and process optimization.
* Managing site lab operations, staff, and technical contracts to support on-time delivery of final products within budget.
* Ensuring final product compliance with regulatory and customer specifications, including addressing customer queries and developing statements.
* Approving quality for raw materials, final products, and new specifications, while developing control strategies for on-spec production.
Role Requirements:
The successful Technical Manager will have:
* Degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
* Proficient in analytical methods such as HPLC, pH testing, moisture analysis, and microbial testing.
* 10+ years of experience in a similar technical or quality management role in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
* Capable of effective collaboration across departments, with clear, precise communication and strong analytical skills.
