Are you a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in local primary schools? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting supply TAs to support schools across Middlesbrough with day-to-day, short-term, and long-term cover needs.

Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Supply / Flexible Work

About the Role:

Work in a variety of primary school settings across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

Support class teachers with classroom activities, behaviour management, and learning support

Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions when required

Adapt to different school environments and build strong relationships quickly

Gain valuable experience while enjoying flexible working hours that suit your lifestyle

What We’re Looking For:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working with children in a primary school setting
 A flexible, proactive, and reliable approach to work
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
