Support Worker - Adult LD Service

£24,892 – £26,096 pro rata (based on qualifications and experience)

37 hours per week (shifts patterns to include weekends and bank holidays) with sleep-in allowance

As an experienced Support Worker, you will motivate and encourage, ensuring the delivery of personal support to the residents encouraging choice, participation and motivation enabling them to live the life they choose.
