Broker Support – Specialist Finance | London City | Office-Based

The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Broker Support team member to join our London City office. In this fully office-based role, you'll work closely with our broker partners and internal underwriting teams to ensure seamless progression of deals from enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the first point of contact for broker enquiries, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly support

* Liaise with underwriters to progress cases efficiently and resolve any queries

* Input and maintain case information on internal systems with precision

* Support brokers with packaging requirements, documentation, and process guidance

* Ensure compliance with internal policies and FCA regulations where applicable

* Help identify opportunities to improve service levels and support ongoing business growth

Requirements:

* Previous experience in specialist finance, particularly in Commercial or BTL lending, is essential

* Strong understanding of finance.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be the go-to contact for our valued brokers

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail

* Ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit, supportive team

* Fully office-based role – must be able to commute to London City daily

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9-5.30pm office-based
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
