Maintenance Plumber - Commercial building - Royston - Temp to perm - up to £25p/h

My client is looking for a Maintenance Plumber to be based in a commercial building In Royston. The successful candidates will have either C&G / NVQ 2 or 3 in Plumbing. Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out Plumbing maintenance in a commercial environment. In return, the company are offering an hourly rate of £25p/h.

 Hours of work & Salary 

£25p/h ( paid via umbrella / CIS )
Monday - Friday
8:00am - 17:00pm 

Mechanical duties:

Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
AHUs/FCUs – filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
Pumps – PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
Motors – PPMs (re-winds, overhauls)
Water treatment – dipslides, pH & temperature testing, chlorination, chemical dosing
Water pressurization units
Chlorifiers – annual inspection, descaling
Steam Plant
Condensers, Condenser Returns
Cooling towers
Softeners
Humidifiers
Hydraulics
Pneumatics
Boilers – re-sets
Chillers – re-sets, 1st Line faults
Requirements

Experience working in a large commercial building, willing to learn
IPAF required
Mechanical / Plumbing qualifications ( NVQ 2 or 3 / C&G )
You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
Prior experience working in commercial building maintenance advantageous
Good communication skills
Excellent customer skills 
Availability for a teams call prior to starting
