About the Role:

As the Installation & Engineering Manager, you’ll take ownership of nationwide install projects, leading a skilled team of engineers to deliver exceptional service across voice, data, and cloud-based technologies. From planning and deployment to troubleshooting and completion, you’ll keep operations running like clockwork.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Coordinating and managing field-based installation teams

* Overseeing end-to-end project delivery across customer sites

* Developing engineering processes and ensuring adherence to SLAs

* Acting as a technical escalation point and mentoring team members

* Driving continuous improvement and championing best practice

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven track record in telecoms or Unified Comms installations

* Strong team leadership and project management skills

* Working knowledge of hosted VoIP, data cabling, switches & routers

* Ability to travel when required and manage remote teams

* A natural problem-solver with a passion for quality
