Are you a trained Chef De Partie looking to work regular hours during the day and no evenings? Do you have a passion for producing great food with repeat customers? If so our client in Thetford are now looking for a Chef De Partie to join their team. The Chef de Partie will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of the kitchen contributing to the preparation and presentation of quality dishes. If you are looking for a good work life balance then this Chef de Partie role is for you.
As the Chef de Partie you will be:
* Working closely with the Head Chef to deliver excellent food
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes
* Monitor and manage ingredient inventory ensuring proper storage and freshness
* Collaborate with other members of the kitchen to ensure smooth communication during service
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace adhering to hygiene standards and Health regulations.
As the Chef de Partie you will have:
* Proven experience in a relevant culinary role
* Strong understanding of various cooking techniques, kitchen equipment and food safety practices
* Ability to work well under pressure and within a team
* Physically fit to stand for long periods in service
