Estimator (Demolition)

Estimator required for Kent based Demolition Company

Looking to employ an Estimator who has experience within Demolition, however open to the level of experience. Applicants could be at intermediate level Estimator with a few years experience through to Senior Estimators who have excellent Demolition experience.

Projects vary in size between £1/2mil and £3mil

An example of duties for the successful applicant:

* Prepare accurate costings, budgets, and tender submissions for demolition projects

* Review and interpret drawings, tender documents and site surveys

* Identify potential cost risks and opportunities within tender submissions

* Work closely with project managers, site teams, and suppliers to gather technical and commercial information

* Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure competitive and realistic pricing

If you are an Estimator and have previous experience within Demolition, this position may be for you. There is a large salary range on this advert as we welcome applicants with varied amount of experience.
