An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanner to join my clients team in their Chester, Cheshire offices on a hybrid basis.

The Role:

My client is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to contribute to their growth and advancement of their expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to adapt to evolving financial services regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive suitability reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Handle new business applications, including data entry and documentation, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Conduct cashflow modelling to assist in financial planning strategies and client recommendations.
• Liaise with key stakeholders, including clients, advisers and providers, facilitating effective communication and ensuring seamless workflow.
• Perform tax calculations and analysis to support investment decisions and tax planning strategies.
• Assist in the development of tailored financial strategies.

Skills & Experience:

• Relevant qualifications such as a Diploma of Financial Planning (DFP) or an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning (ADFP) are required.
• Demonstrable experience in a paraplanning role required.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and accountability in all aspects of work.
• Proficiency in financial planning software (Cashflows, etc) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to liaise effectively within a team environment.
