Job Title: Maths Teacher
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time – Temp to Perm
Salary: £33,075 to £50,471 depending on experience

About the Role:

A forward-thinking secondary school in Aylesbury is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Maths Teacher to join their dynamic team from September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity to teach engaging and well-structured lessons across KS3 and KS4 in a supportive environment that values innovation and achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality Maths lessons that stretch and support learners of all abilities
Plan and assess effectively, using data to inform teaching
Foster a positive learning environment with strong behaviour management
Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities
Work collaboratively with the Maths department and wider staff team
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS3 & KS4)
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Maths
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Commitment to high standards and inclusive practice
