Account Manager (Part-Time – 4 Days per Week)
This is a 14 month contract 
Location :Petersfield / Midhurst | Hybrid Working
Duration :14-month contract | Immediate start
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 (based on a 4-day working week)

Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established and respected business based in the Petersfield / Midhurst area. Due to maternity cover we are recruiting an Account Manager to join the team on a part-time basis (4 days per week) for an immediate start.

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a small number of key  international accounts in depth, building long-term relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact. Trainee candidates will also be considered, so if you have transferable skills and are keen to develop a career in account management, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role: As an Account Manager, you will work along side the sales director to  manage client accounts and be responsible for:

The full account management cycle
Handling client communication via email
Liaising with internal departments to ensure stock levels are maintained
Logging into client portals, collating data, and producing reports
Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
Taking product samples out to clients
Completing online and face-to-face training with clients
Running regular face-to-face client meetings
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
Completing onboarding documentation for new clients
Completing sales analysis reports using excel 
Data analytics and reporting in general to meet client SLAs 
Completing administration to support each client account  About You: The ideal Account Manager will:

Have experience in an Account Management role (retail experience desirable)
Be highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads
Hold a full UK driving licence
Be confident working under pressure and to deadlines
Have strong Excel skills (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs)
Be self-motivated and proactive
Be comfortable liaising with multiple departments and stakeholders Working Pattern & Benefits:
Part-time role: 4 days per week
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
Core working hours 4 days per week 
Competitive salary of £28,000 – £30,000 (pro rata for 4 days)
