Are you a committed Teaching Assistant eager to support pupils in a primary school setting? Smile Education is working with a primary school in Water Orton that is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their team, supporting children across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with pupils at different stages of their learning, from building strong foundations in KS1 to developing confidence and independence in KS2, where your support will make a meaningful difference.
What We’re Looking For

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Recent experience in KS1 and/or KS2 settings
A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)What We Offer
