A highly respected secondary school in Birmingham is looking to appoint a Lead Maths Teacher from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed educator ready to step into a TLR role within a supportive and forward-thinking department.

About the Role:
This is a full-time, permanent position with a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR). The successful candidate will teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3 to 5 and take on a leadership role within the department—supporting curriculum development, mentoring staff, and driving high standards in teaching and learning.

We are looking for someone who:
• Is an experienced and outstanding classroom practitioner
• Has a proven track record of teaching Maths at KS3, KS4, and KS5
• Holds UK QTS and a degree in Maths or a related subject
• Has the vision and drive to contribute to departmental leadership
• Is confident in leading initiatives and supporting colleagues
• Demonstrates excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
• Is passionate about ensuring all students achieve their potential
