iRecruit4 are hiring for a Warehouse Operative, to join our distribtion centre client based in Swindon. This position is with a view to go permanent after a succesful qualifying period, offers enhaced pay rates once made permanent and great hours or work.

Duties of the Warehouse Operative:

* Responsible for booking in stock.

* Sorting through stock and returns.

* Warehouse order picking and packing.

* Working to hit and exceed KPI's for Picking and Packing.

* Manual booking in of stock, including data entry.

* Forklift driving - Flexi truck.

* Responsible for problem solving and coming up with new ideas for Warehouse Operations.

* Working through a variety of different items, sizes and weight of stock

Additional Information:

* Monday to Friday

* Starting rate of £12.21 Per Hour.

* Once permanent, £13.33 Per Hour.

* Occasional weekend overtime required when busy/

* Previous experience working with an FLT Flexi Truck preffered.

* Ability to work on systems, to book stock into the Warehouse.

* Previous Warehouse experience is required.
