I am seeking a Nursing Home Manager based around Lichfield for a medium sized Nursing home with an Active Pin.
Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:
Overall day to day running of the Nursing Home.
Maintaining high standard of care for the residents and family members.
Maintaining and keeping occupancy high, agency low and looking after compliance.
Maintaining ‘Good’ CQC – Achieved 10 months ago.
To ensure the CQC and company policies are followed and adhered toHome Manager Requirements:
Active Pin
Demonstrated longevity.
Good CQC knowledge (Understanding of the new framework)
With in 30 – 40 mins from the home.
Good time and Organisation management.
Good people skills with a hands-on approach.Benefits:
Salary paying: £52,000.
35 days holiday
40-hour contract
