Gold Card Supervisor in Blythe Overview: We are seeking a professional and experienced Gold Card Supervisor to oversee a project in Blythe. This is a 10-hour paid position with an estimated duration of 2-3 weeks. As the supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of 2 painters and serving as the primary point of contact for the client. The project involves overseeing repairs to the underside of a bridge, with access via Mewp.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the work of 2 painters
Act as the main point of contact for the client
Oversee repairs to the underside of a bridge
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specificationsQualifications:
Gold Card
Personal Track Safety (PTS) certification
Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) certification
Previous experience in a supervisory role
Strong understanding of construction and maintenance processesDay-to-Day: As the Gold Card Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring that the project progresses according to schedule, and maintaining open communication with the client. You will also be required to conduct regular safety inspections and address any issues that may arise during the project.
