Provide hands-on leadership and strategic direction to the home
Support the Home Manager's development and ensure high standards of care are restored and maintained
Oversee the implementation of the action plan and ensure regulatory compliance
Work closely with the team to rebuild confidence and morale
Manager through a period of transition

? What We're Looking For: ?

Proven experience in interim or turnaround roles within elderly care
Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks
Ability to mentor and support developing managers
Immediate availability
