Quantity Surveyor – New Build Residential

Central London

Up to £60,000 + Package

We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a progressive and growing construction business delivering high-quality residential developments across London.

The company is recognised for its innovative approach to construction and commitment to delivering sustainable, high-quality buildings through modern construction techniques and integrated project delivery. With a strong and growing pipeline of work, they are now seeking a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of new build residential schemes valued up to £30m.

The Role

Working as part of a collaborative project team, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of residential developments from procurement through to final account.

Key responsibilities will include:

Managing project costs from pre-construction through to completion

Procurement and management of subcontractor packages

Preparing and reviewing subcontract documentation

Valuations, variations and change management

Cost reporting and forecasting

Supporting project delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Liaising with clients, consultants and supply chain partners

Requirements

Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry

Proven experience delivering new build residential projects

Experience on projects valued up to £30m

Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

Degree qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (preferred)

Ambitious and motivated to progress within a growing business
