Role:- Lead Technician 
Location:- Fareham
Salary:- £36,000 per annum + OTE £42,5000 / £45,000

We are looking to recruit a Vehicle Technician for a Volume Dealership in the Fareham area, offering a fantastic basic salary, bonus structure and progression pathway:-

More of a lead Technician role with a £250 per bonus guaranteed a month for overseeing another Technician
Mon - Fri only 8:30-5:30pm, with flexibility to do 8-5pm instead.
Re-calls/basic warranty work, servicing & welt-belts - all senior diagnostic work taken care of at the Main site.
OTE earnings of £45,000 
What do you need to to join?

A qualification in Level 2 or 3 Light Vehicle and Repair
UK Driving license
Senior experience (5+ years and above)
