Position - Operations Manager - HVAC - The work is all temporary equipment within the commercial hire sector.
Salary - Basic salary - between £55,000 - £60,000, and excellent benefits package
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join a very successful HVAC rental company.
The role will be based remotely working from the Andover depot and involve overseeing the operations across the South of England. You will be responsible for a team of service engineers as well as their supervisors.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar position before and hold relevant commercial ACS qualifications. Having experience managing others and ensuring the day to day running of a busy team is essential.
Having experience of both employee and client management with the ability to maintain and develop relationships with key customers is a must.
The Role
The main purpose of the role is to oversee the engineers and be the face of the company for all communications with the client, using a proactive approach.
You will be overseeing the whole HVAC operations within the region including:

Combustion / Gas
HVAC
Qualifications
Commercial ACS Qualifications are essential for this role.
