Key Responsibilities
Maintain a positive learning environment
Ensure students stay on task and follow school expectations
Provide feedback to teaching staff on student behaviour and engagement
To work under the guidance of the class teacher to support teaching and learning of pupils within your care
To use behaviour management strategies effectively and in line with the school’s policy and procedures, which contribute to a purposeful learning environment
To promote the inclusion of all pupils ensuring they have equal access to opportunities to learn and developWhat We’re Looking For:
A recent graduate or final-year university student
A strong interest in education and working with young people
Confidence, adaptability, and good communication skills
