Key Responsibilities:
+ Design & develop high-precision mechanical systems
+ Optimise designs for performance, manufacturability & reliability
+ Manage project timelines, budgets, and technical deliverables
+ Lead testing & analysis to ensure designs meet performance standards
+ Collaborate across disciplines, from Electronics to Quality Assurance
+ Mentor & support junior engineers in best practices

Key Requirements:
+ Degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience
+ Previously taken a product from concept to production
+ Experience in developing electro-mechanical products
+ Knowledge of thermal & structural analysis
+ Expert 3D CAD design skills (SolidWorks/Inventor)
+ Strong understanding of DFMA & FMEA
