Local authority in Wiltshire currently require a compliance manager for an initial period of 5 months.
Purpose of the role:
The Compliance Manager is accountable for the end‑to‑end delivery, governance, and recovery of the Council’s Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) testing programme and associated remedial works across the housing portfolio on a contract.
They will lead full programme and project planning and work distribution, leading on contractor performance management and oversight, stakeholder engagement, tenant communications, data and records management, and continuous performance monitoring to ensure timely five‑yearly inspections, prompt remedial action, clear communication with tenants, and robust compliance evidence.
5 months initially
Hybrid 2 days per week in the office
£550 - £600 a day Inside IR35
