Full-Time KS2 HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)**

**Salary:** £100-£120 per day (depending on experience)
**Contract:** 1 Year Fixed-Term (with potential for ECT placement)

Are you a qualified HLTA or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for guaranteed, meaningful experience in a primary school setting?

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in the **M11** area of Manchester is seeking **three dedicated HLTA professionals to support KS2** (Years 4, 5, and 6), and **two HLTA roles in KS1** (Years 1 and 2). This is a **full-time role**, working **Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM**, on a one-year contract with excellent pay and real progression opportunities.

### A Fantastic Opportunity for ECTs:

This HLTA position is also ideal for Early Career Teachers who are looking to gain valuable classroom experience while being mentored by experienced class teachers. Working in this role will:

ECTs working in HLTA roles at this school are given priority consideration for **any teacher vacancies** that arise throughout the academic year.
