We are proud to be exclusively representing a Sheffield based manufacturer at their state of the art faciility for experienced Production Operative to join this industry leading business. Proud of their positive culture, and industry reputation they have seen huge growth in recent years. Reporting to the Production Manager, your day-to-day duties include:

Operating and maintaining a variety of machines while strictly following established procedures.
Performing routine quality inspections and testing of all machinery to maintain equipment performance.
Completing and maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Monitoring workflow and coordinating tasks to ensure production timelines are achieved.
Adhering to all company health and safety regulations.This role would suit someone with experience of working within a production, manufacturing or engineering environment that has worked as a Production Operative, Assembly Operative, Manufacturing Operative or Laboratory Technician. The successful Production Operative will have:

Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment.
The ability to identify and report potential production difficulties before occurring.
Great time management and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and great problem-solving skills.
Experience working successfully within a team.Should the role become permanent, the company offers an attractive benefits package, including a generous hourly rate. While the role remains on a temporary basis, the benefits will include:

Mornings - £14.00 per hour. Afternoons - £16.80 per hour (Annual salary £30,000)
Potential to lead to permanent role.
Morning and afternoon shifts on rotation (Morning - 06:00am - 14:00pm Afternoons 14:00pm - 22:00pm).
