Remedy Education is currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work in a variety of secondary schools across Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced educators looking for flexible work in the education sector.

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher

*

Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students stay on task

*

Provide general support across different subject areas

*

Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment

*

Report back on student progress and any issues to the appropriate staff

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

*

Previous experience working with young people (e.g. in education, coaching, youth work, etc.)

*

Strong classroom presence and confident behaviour management skills

*

A flexible, proactive, and professional approach

*

A genuine interest in education and supporting student learning

*

An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
