The CDM Consultant's role

The CDM Consultant will support the delivery of CDM 2015 services, acting as Principal Designer and liaising closely with in-house architects and external consultants. You'll guide design teams through the design risk management process and help ensure construction health and safety is embedded into every stage.

The CDM Consultant

Minimum 2 years' experience in a CDM Consultant or Principal Designer role (essential)
NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent (essential)
Design background (Architecture/Engineering/Surveying) preferred
APS membership and TechIOSH (preferred)In Return?

£45,000 - £50,000
