Site Manager
Full-Time | Competitive Salary | UK-Wide Travel Required
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and confident Site Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects across various locations throughout the UK.
This is a hands-on role involving regular travel. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site activities to ensure project milestones and quality standards are consistently met
Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Manage daily site operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and compliance
Maintain detailed site records and provide regular progress updates
Lead site meetings and ensure open, effective communication among stakeholders
Implement and uphold all health & safety procedures, including inductions and training
Conduct regular inspections and address issues or defects promptly
Manage site budgets and approve relevant expenditures
Act as the primary client liaison, providing clear and professional updates
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager within the civil engineering or infrastructure sector
Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, health & safety standards, and site logistics
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Competent in Microsoft Office and project management tools
SMSTS qualification is essential
EUSR SHEA Power or valid CSCS card required
