We’re working with a well-established, fast-paced recruitment agency that’s looking for a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding construction division based in Billericay.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven background in construction recruitment who thrives in a client-focused, sales-driven environment. You’ll be working with high-calibre candidates and trusted clients, matching the right people to the right roles with confidence and care.
What you'll be doing:
✅ Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle – from client acquisition to candidate placement
✅ Building and nurturing long-term client relationships through excellent service and results
✅ Attracting top construction talent using innovative sourcing strategies
✅ Championing your candidates to clients with professionalism and energy
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Proven experience in construction recruitment (temps or perms)
✔️ Strong sales and business development skills
✔️ A confident communicator who can build rapport quickly
✔️ Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
