Sales Team Leader – PBSA / Living Sector

c£35,000 plus c£10,000 OTE

Synced is supporting a thriving business in the student living / Living residential sector to recruit a Sales Team Leader to lead the small sales team and drive occupancy across multiple developments throughout the UK.
We are happy to consider someone with strong B2C sales experience (solo or part of a team) or someone running a sales desk from within the PBSA or Living sectors.
This brand new role has been created due to growth and its a very exciting time to be involved with this client and also the Manchester scene!
Outline duties:
* Leading a team of Sales Executives
* Managing day-to-day enquiry handling, pipeline conversion and service quality
* Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
* Running daily pipeline reviews to ensure timely follow-ups and conversion activity
* Conducting regular market analysis to support tactical pricing and positioning
* Overseeing and reporting on sales KPIs, conversion rates, and team performance
* Preparing weekly and monthly commercial reports for the senior leadership team
* Owning CRM workflows, data quality and lead allocation
* Providing overflow sales support during peak times to maintain service standards
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in a sales or team leadership role, ideally within PBSA or living sectors
* Experience and an analytical approach to pipeline management
* Strong communicator, proactive, and results-focused
