Excellent 12 month contract requirement for a SC Cleared Commercial Manager to join a Central Government department's Construction / Estates Commercial team.

You will work closely with management and key stakeholders, providing procurement and contract management expertise and support in an NEC4 environment.

This assignment requires active SC clearance and an agreement to work 2 days per week onsite in Wiltshire.

Your key remit and responsibilities will include:

Providing procurement and contract management support in an NEC4 environment.

Working closely with Project Managers to help scope requirements

Drafting Commercial Strategies for inclusion in business cases.

Pre-sourcing, sourcing and contract management activities including managing stakeholder and supplier relationships.

To be considered, your essential experience and skills will include:

Demonstrable experience with Public Contract Regulations (PCR), Defence and Security Public Contract Regulations (DSPCR).

Extensive experience of NEC4 contracting, specifically Engineering Construction Contracts (ECC) and Professional Service Contracts (PSC).

Working knowledge of Procurement Act 2023.

Demonstrable experience of working in a Commercial team specifically supporting design and construction programmes.

NEC4 accreditation would be beneficial

Active SC Clearance required.

This assignment is inside scope of IR35 and is offered on a hybrid working model (2 days onsite in Salisbury, Wiltshire and 3 days working from home).
