My client is seeking a motivated & enthusiastic New Home Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential buyers through the home purchasing process, showcasing their new homes & providing exceptional customer service.

Your ability to build rapport with clients & understand their needs will be crucial in helping them find their dream home.

Responsibilities:-

* Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs & preferences in new homes

* Conduct property tours, highlighting key features & benefits of their homes

* Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the housing market, including trends & competitor offerings

* Assist clients in navigating the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase

* Develop & maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business & referrals

* Collaborate with marketing teams to promote new developments & open house events

* Provide feedback on customer preferences & market trends to inform product development

* Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately & efficiently

Requirements:-

* 2yrs minimum proven experience in new homes sales

* Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to build relationships

* Strong organisational skills & attention to detail

* A proactive approach to problem-solving & customer service

* A valid driving licence is preferred for client meetings & property viewings

Working days Thursday - Monday
